He didn’t put any crosses in. His “1-2s” were negative, going backwards not forwards. Multiple times he received it around their box and passed it back to Eccles/Allen rather than taking his man on or whipping it in.

He got the ball in offensive positions and always played the safe option back inside. Don’t think he even made a cross.

Latibeaudiere? I haven’t at all, he’s changed my opinion and is a good option at CB. Just too defensive to play at wing back.

I would probably have given Ayari a 5 without his involvement in the goal. Lati was poor going forward, didn’t use the width or offer anything offensively. Hard to rate Kelly in that limited time so I gave him the average.

Shit may be harsh but definitely weren’t great. No idea why people are handing out 7/8/9s. Even our best players on the night weren’t spectacular.

Watching the goal back it’s a very nice poachers goal from Wright. He sees Ayari shaping for the shot and makes a run towards goal, stays alert and is a step ahead of any of their defenders who get caught flat footed. Nice to see from him even after not scoring recently.

Has some kind of collective delusion occurred on this forum with this Lati at CDM nonsense? He’s never played there at club level. And if Robins isn’t playing him there with Sheaf AND Kelly injured he never will.
