But I am not sure you understand what was being done................ CCFC get the matchday income in their records but it would have been cross invoiced to the EIC joint venture of ACL and Compass................. there would not be a normal profit as say selling in a shop........... the profit...

the option gives first chance of buying the shares ... at a price acceptable to the Charity (there is a mechanism to calculate but Charity could set that aside). Right now I wouldnt bet that the Charity want to sell to SISU let alone the Council veto it

Actually as I understand it the money in the Escrow account is from a football grant that was supposed to go against the build costs but the council agreed could be used as the rental deposit.............. so did the football club ever pay it in the first place ?

It would be torch but i dont have that info....... you would have to factor in the £6m clear profit the club made when they sold the catering rights and compare that against the profits made from the "lost" turnover less the cost of those sales.............. wonder if in terms profit over that...

Would be interested to know if what CCFC has paid to ACL as match day expenses includes VAT or not. My understanding is that the Rent at Ricoh is not chargeable to VAT (no option to tax has been made). So if VAT is charged on the match day expenses and CCFC has paid it then they must therefore...

the bank account hasnt been frozen by the ACL 3rd Party debotor order ........ what has been frozen is the amount that was in the account on the day the order was served.... might be £1 or £100,000 who knows....... the order doesnt stop the account being used or say banking £50k a day later and...

the accounts affected are the CCFC ones ...... the group will have others SBS&L for example...... or SISU can use one of their "client accounts" which would be a seperate account established for CCFC that could be used and the money is protected as CCFC's (i do not mean an account at a client...
