    Well, Well....

Seeing as the Ricoh is apparently a community resource according to some, wonder what the chances are that they'd let a few of us in Sunday with our boots for a bit of a kick-about? Just a posh rec' when all's said and done. Edit: Thinking about it, wouldn't work on "Council days", all the...

    Well, Well....

I'm getting prepared to go to Council Meetings instead of the football now, they seem to have more supporters than the club nowadays. "Come on you Parks and Recreations commitee", "Up the Highways", "Roads, get into 'em, dig 'em up, get into 'em, dig 'em up",

Think he's probably referring to Blues, rather than Leicester.

    Well, Well....

It's the fact you put me in the Pro-Sisu brigade that makes me laugh, take a view that's not virulently anti-Sisu and you have to be a supporter of them? If you can give a genuine alternative scenario without Sisu running us? Do you know of anybody else, anywhere, who is interested in buying...

    Well, Well....

Lots of things "should" happen, I should have a 12 inch cock and Kylie Minogue in my bed every night, you should have a brain, and MMM should have been born in the 15th Century, but doesn't necessarily mean that they all will happen. Try working with what we have, rather than what you wish we had.

    Well, Well....

No mention of ACL selling the ground to another party. You just said that the council should subsidise the club as long as it's not Sisu who own it, which takes away the "moral" argument you and others spout.

    Well, Well....

But that would mean the council subsidising the club at the expense of the poor pressed council tax payers of the area surely? Outrageously morally wrong isn't it?

    Well, Well....

Surely though nobody else would want to come in on the same terms.

They both need each other, both seem to be pursuing a course of Mutually Assured Destruction.

    Well, Well....

With a £70-£80million pound apparent immediate profit, you'd think they'd be doing a bit better wouldn't you?

    Well, Well....

They'll just tippy-tappy around the subject.

I want to know where the brothels are..

    Well, Well....

Ah, so they got a £113million pound facility for £20-30million then? Think that should be worth a few years rent free myself.
  15. lordsummerisle

    Well, Well....

The same applies of course that just because there are economic benefits to the city(whilst CCFC are playing there of course), does not mean that the council has an obligation to subsidize ACL.

The ever malleable Playdough Joe might have mentioned it you'd have thought. Or maybe not.

    Well, Well....

How much did it actually cost to build the stadium though? Including knocking down the gasworks, reclamation and decontamination of the land etc? They got a £60million stadium for a cut-price £20-30million.
