That's not difficult. The trainig ground has suffered from a lack of serious investment for years. Its way behind most championship clubs facilities. MR has managed to improve things, but ideally we'd move to a new location and start from scratch.

We could comfortably hold on to Vik till January without loosing his value. Some team in the Premier league's bottom 6 will comfortably fork out 20 million if they are staring at relegation and need a goal scorer. Waiting till the end of the season is no good if your relegated by then.
