Transfer Rumour 25/26 Summer Transfer Window

I don't think there's anything to worry about. 51 games last season on loan at PNE

    BTA

Lampard said that BTA was the player who came back the fittest after the break. It looked that way preseason to me, his touch wasn't there then but he was getting into dangerous positions and looking lively. His touch is coming I think. We shouldn't forget that he scored 10 for West Brom, that's...

They'd do that if a move was imminent but not a couple of weeks away or if a move was still uncertain.

They've been looking for a bit more money probably but it doesn't seem to have been happening. He's been brilliant so far as you say. This probably needs to happen to bring in a CB, I don't know but that's just the way I've seen it all summer.

Transfer Rumour 25/26 Summer Transfer Window

Ayari was a bit lightweight but it was obvious that he could play. We've had a habit over the years of getting players just that one season or so too early. Chaplin was one, Clarke-Harris another that spring to mind just now

They'll need to invest so that the site raises money on non-matchdays. Multi and regular use is the thing or you don't make much of a hole in million pound losses.

No idea. The Foleshill gas works and the railway would have been pretty polluting and the area was vast 40 acres. " Later, the gasometers were removed, with the last one being demolished in 2002 and, after ground decontamination, the site was redeveloped into the Arena retail park and Ricoh...

That right. Even when it was the retractable roof and pitch bollocks that was clear.

It certainly was, they were very open about that. It was very costly to clean up at the time.

There's a triangle of land isnt't there? 2 sides are the railway and main road, judds lane the 3rd side.

    Rushworth or Wilson

But not with his foot on the ball apparently ;) Interestingly (?) I noticed the Arsenal keeper has the same habit too. It's maybe something coming from the 8 second rule?

Of course. I said up thread that the value of the club probably doubled overnight. I'm not sure what you're getting at. I do know how bean counters work though and if the "football club" stops paying "rent" to the "Arena" the Arena's paper losses suddenly increase. I was saying that it'll be...

King did say everything was 100% owned by the club. I wasn't assuming a loan/mortgage from that statement. With the way that the club structures its assets perhaps the football side will pay into the estate side of things. It's probably too early to say.
