Hoffman Surprised That FL Have Not Acted On Golden Share Documents

We have been told that the golden share has been awarded to Otium Entertainment Group Ltd. We were also told that the player contracts are in CCFC H Ltd. Are we not being told something because that is no different to share in CCFC Ltd and players in CCFC H Ltd ...... its the same set up but...

Hoffman Surprised That FL Have Not Acted On Golden Share Documents

How does the beneficial ownership argument work ? Leaving aside that the beneficial aspect was one sided - ie that if you have beneficial assets you also have beneficial liabilities CCFC H claims beneficial ownership but the FL award the share to Otium and TF & SISU are happy with that. So...

has anyone read this in Cov Telegraph

Big difference between talking and doing in any case. We do not actually know it wasnt to share the stadium with CCFC. Any sensible business would have a plan B in any case. Doesnt prove anything . Interesting it came out the same day as the CVA decision though

    Beware a woman scorned

sorry Sutty I dont think thats right. SISU are obliged to give their investors an annual investment report as a minimum. That investment report will indicate the current value of their investments together with the amount invested. The investment has had nil value for years.

    ACL Statement

The hive down from "The Coventry City Football Club Limited" to CCFC Ltd and CCFC H Ltd had to be approved by the Football League otherwise it could not have happened. There was therefore no confusion in 1995 and there were no changes in operation between 1995 and 2008 Yes JE and GH were on the...

Talk to each other about playing at the Ricoh - the campaign starts here

The basis of these talks would be rent or ownership? Thats the problem I think, One side only wants rent not ownership the other only ownership not rent

Baker, Clarke & Murphy Told To Go

With little income then I would guess TF has to look at the wage bill. But - if all 3 go that leaves us with 14 players plus the bomb squad - no senior players - the transfer fees will count towards the FFP (not sure how much that matters any more) - players under 21 do not count towards the...

    ACL Statement

Could be the companies in the SBS&L group, its directors or shadow directors, the owners, the football league to name a few that could end up in court facing ACL This whole thing is not going away ..... hopefully the football season will distract us fans

    ACL Statement

cant and wont make such allegations because i have no evidence, but you could look at it that way. Only a court can judge however. The Football League could end up with bigger problems than CCFC

    ACL Statement

Think there will be more legal cases on both sides...... I wouldn't want to be the auditors signing off accounts on that basis..... The Football League could be under intense scrutiny of their governance...... if accounts not filed for the SBS&L group of companies then embargo stays (can the...

    ACL Statement

Just to spell it out as to the point ACL are making 130 years ago the football club was born.It was incorporated in one single company known as "The Coventry City Football Club Ltd" In 1995 that company was split in to two CCFC Ltd and CCFCH Ltd. CCFC Ltd acquired the trade of being the...

    Less than 15 points

I think we are forgetting that the FL can show solidarity at the discretion of the FL Board............ its in the rules, regulations, scrap book, notepad, back of fag packet that governs the national game :whistle:

    Coventry City Football Club Limited

If those minutes are correct does that not back the argument that the accounts were prepared by BDO on the correct basis up to 2011 (signed off 19/06/12) ) ? How does that sit with the TF argument that the financials were a mess for years and that CCFC H had always been the football club...

    Coventry City Football Club Limited

thats the point does the whole current administration process rely on an administrative error by the FL? was that error deliberate by ccfc? only a proper investigation could tell that i would guess

    Coventry City Football Club Limited

thats not the point though stupot07 if the directors/owners knew where the share was then they knew they couldnt register them anywhere else didnt they? The share couldnt have changed without written authority from the FL so the situation that was in 2008 existed in 2013 didnt it? which means...

    Coventry City Football Club Limited

not seen that document before SB, looks like internal minutes of meetings to me, which i have some real concerns about. But yes I have expressed an opinion on such things in the past based on the accounts published If these documents are true (and i do not know if they are) then there are...

    its liquidation

I would assume they would be classed as "assets" (debateable in some cases) so would the rights to those players not have been sold to Otium?

    its liquidation

Just to be clear it was the Alan Higgs Center Trust that was owed the money not the Alan Edward Higgs Charity. Two seperate entities. PWKH as director/co sec of AHC Trust was there to represent their interests alone. It is quite likely the AHC Trust best interest was to recover some of their...
