SISU may still be the best option!

Where did I mention Sisu? No, Andy Thorn did. With his bare hands.

SISU may still be the best option!

I might do if the tenant had expended more money on it being built than i had as the landlord. Just putting the cherry on top and then claiming ownership of the whole cake would be the behaviour of some sort of evil hedge-fund surely?

So how could next years finances look ?

Wish you hadn't posted that, a trip through CJ Parkers mind is just an invitation to madness.

SISU may still be the best option!

They've already received more than the original investment from the club, and the council would never have built the Arena off their own back, it;s onlt there because of CCFC, if it was up to CCC it would just be a derelict wasteland still. In fact if it stays still up to CCC it will probably...

He's just not very good at it, you should get a load of his "I love Joy" stuff. Makes My Family look like Fawlty Towers.

SISU may still be the best option!

To be fair, if i'd rented a place then the landlord kicked me out for Bruce Springsteen or a few foreign football teams over the summer I'd be a bit pissed off.

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

CCFC only accounts for a 6th of the turnover? Really? How much of that leftover turnover is down to sponsorship, Compass etc which only really exists because of the club? Even the Casino gets most of it's business on match-days, sure they would be asking for a reduction in rent if no standing...

SISU may still be the best option!

With all the people that are alleged to be on their payroll it's no wonder the club is fucked financially.

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

Yes, sold to Compass wasn't it? Though if the club moved out of the Ricoh for a bit that would solve that problem, think that Compass wouldn't want to hold onto a pretty much worthless contract then. The money that ACL got from Compass wasn't based on a couple of concerts a year and an...

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

That's exactly the point, Sisu are finished here, that battle is over, wish people could aim their ire and fire towards ACL/CCC now, whoever ends up in charge. In fact, that will happen pretty much straight away anyway, 180 degree turns a big feature of Coventry Supporters.

    Gillingham offer support to SISU

Money from CCC towards the Ricoh = £10million

SISU may still be the best option!

Such a madcap scheme can only have been from CJParker, in fact sure that it was. Another one to add to his list.
