No delayed kick off. So much to moan about. This place will be a joy later.

Thanks Jelly - I've risked it. I couldn't see any cameras. I need to leave early anyway (which I wouldn't usually), as I'm supposed to be collecting my partner at 9...ish.

There might be queues outside, but there's about ten people inside.

What's traffic like? I usually walk but can't today. Anyone checking Tesco car park entrances?

I'm one of the few not affected by the POTG issue; ticket already purchased. However, I'm really in two minds whether to attend tonight, which for someone who is usually positive, and rarely misses a games, is not a good sign this early into the season. The worst part is, I have no idea why.

    Chris McCann Signing Number 3.....

I prefer long term signings ideally, but we have to accept the position we're in as a club, including attractiveness to players, and be pragmatic - we can't afford to turn down players that will improve us. He's a good player and provides another option, in addition to vital experience.

Sordell - How Many Goals ?

    0. I judge players based on their previous experience (negative ones only) amount we paid, pointless friendlies and the fact we're owned by SISU so everyone's automatically shit.

    Goal Music

I don't mind goal music, but it has to be right and galvanise the crowd - ideally something everyone can chant/shout along to. I hate Chelsea dagger - bad memories of shit seasons. Surprised nobody has gone contemporary - "insert strikers name"'s on fire.... I'm sure we won't be sick of it by...

    Euro 2016 big thread

I thought we played well tonight, the obvious issue being the lack of cutting edge. I don't think you can blame Roy for that - he took five strikers to the Euros and started the two scorers from the previous game. My one criticism is Henderson - against a tight, tactical defence like that...

    Phil Townsend inquest

Purely out of interest - what makes you say that re common law?

    Anyone going to the Euro's

Little worried about the game following recent newspaper reports, but I'm sure there will be heightened security around the ground. I've never been to Marseille, always presumed it was a nice place (south of France etc), but obviously not! What makes you say that?

    Anyone going to the Euro's

I'm going to the England/Russia game - very much looking forward to it now. Planning to bring a CCFC flag too. Anyone else heading to that one?

    Reece Wabara

Good player though and our RB options are currently limited to JW - a CB turned RB. I would definitely welcome him.

    Cheap new kit

Absolute disgrace. I am sure there were numerous global sports manufacturers battling for the rights to provide a bespoke kit for a League One team that hasn't finished in the top six for decades and is surrounded by controversy.

    New kit??

I really like it; it's different and aesthetically pleasing. Sure, there's a lack of sky blue, but it's just preparing us for when we lost the sky blue colouring at the Ricoh... In all seriousness, maybe it will bring a change in future, maybe it's the start of a new era, maybe we just like...

Is today? - Retained List Thread

Disappointed and surprised re Martin, but with his and Reda's combined wages, I'm sure we can sign an established, dominant CB, to play alongside Willis. Harries, Ricketts and Stokes can cover. As long as Martin's saved wages are used for that purpose, it's probably the right call. The rest...

    Mowbray needs to go

I would keep him. Recruitment is key in this division and his reputation is better than the average L1 manager, as is his scouting and relationship networks. Players will want to play for TM, while managers will trust him with their youngsters development. Whether we like the loan system or...

    bye bye promotion

I think we will now most definitely get relegated. I also think we will move back to Sixfields, and be replaced by a Coventry Wasps football team.

    Peterborough Match Thread

I understand that - you read the post, it's clearly not the point I'm making. The fact we showed we can play well is a positive out of an otherwise despressing night. We proved we still have have the ability to perform, it's a platform, so it's a step in a positive direction, rather than a 90...
