    Swansea.... Again

In the age of VAR it's the kinda shit they'll give because they seemingly want the game to become non contact but, it's ridiculously soft. I'm glad we don't have VAR but refereeing standards across the country are awful currently.

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

29th would make the most sense as we don't have a game the following midweek. If we played on the 15th we'd have 4 games in 9 days.

    Swansea.... Again

Hmmmm... Not much contact there. Definitely getting the rub of the green of late. 4 pens in 4 games, without even mentioning the ridiculous Middlesbrough disallowed goal at the weekend.

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

https://www.efl.com/news/2021/march/efl-statement-covid-19-test-results2 No other club had a single positive case last week from 5409 tests. Clearly Rotherham must be breaking protocols.

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

Agreed. Only way they "benefit" from it is if the season gets extended but can't see how that can happen. Firstly from an integrity point of view it creates a problem but also Playoff final is set as weekend of 28/29/30th May. Need to fit the semi-finals in first & can't push final date back...

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

Grimsby are, I think, the only team punished for breaking Covid guidelines. They were handed a £4,800 fine & even that is suspended unless they are found guilty again before end of June. Ridiculous.

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

Where did you read it was 19 cases? If right, that's ridiculous!

Rotherham v Cov game now off too !

I don't think they're doing it deliberately at all & you are right, the conspiracy theories are crazy, why would they want to be playing 2-3 times every week? Makes no sense. However... They are clearly doing something very, very wrong in their protocols. On Tuesday there were 2 positives from...

    Rotherham v Brentford game off

Absurd. 70 out of 72 EFL teams have no cases at all yet Rotherham are apparently riddled so have to postpone 3 fixtures.

Next season squad if we stay up...

Has to go direct to an intended target in a central area. The point about inaccurate crosses is spot on though & Cross Accuracy shouldn't really be looked at to just measure the crosser, it's more a measure of team's performance from them & will obviously factor in the striker's...

Next season squad if we stay up...

As a team we're now up to 568 Crosses for the season but this also includes corners. We're kind of middle of the road for crosses in the league. If we just want to look at open play & Accuracy from the wing-backs: Giles - 22 Accurate from 94 Crosses = 23% McCallum - 14 Accurate from 88 Crosses...

U23 game live against Sheff United

First game back after a long lay off... Bit rusty?

    Rotherham v Brentford game off

So, on Tuesday there were 2 positives from just under 6,000 tests across the whole of the EFL , 70/72 clubs had zero positives & then days later Rotherham alone have 4 or 5 players (any staff etc too?). They are clearly doing something very wrong with their protocols.

U23 game live against Sheff United

Interesting that no Godden after Robins saying he planned to give him minutes. Just hope that means he's doing better than expected & not that he's had a setback.

    Out of Contract Championship Players

The values are daft. £400k for Dabo? When Ivan Toney went to Brentford for £5m rising to £10m Transfermarkt valued him at £360k.

    Sheaf

Hamer, Walker, Hilßner, Reid, Tavares just this season. In Championship terms, £750k is nothing for a player who hasn't looked out of place at this level. The fact he only turned 23 last month means he's already a first team player but with still huge potential. He fits our model perfectly &...

    Efl

The main thing for me is getting some absolute basics right: 1) We have missed 2 of our team's goals being shown live this season because cameras have been elsewhere whilst the game is going on. Given the fact we're paying £10 a pop that is absolutely criminal. 2) Fairly minor you'd think but...
