    Wasps action

Said this before as frustrating as it is we have to wait for the up and coming Supreme Court decision. That decision could be significant as to how our owners play things.

    Stockdale/Burge

I’ve stuck up for Burge loads of times and although imo badly at fault for today’s goal he did come through what would have been for him for recent reasons a pressurised match. However I also think a change of goalkeeper next season is a must. BUT that can’t happen until the end of the season...

Match Thread Luton Town vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Sunday 24th Feb

Good point against the divisions best team, their goal from a corner which should have been a goal kick mistake from Burge bread and butter save and no-one on the post. A stonewall penalty not given from a weak referee. Not ready for championship imo need another year yet.i admit I’ve scratched...

    Wasps action

I suggested this weeks ago. Any action taken in or even near the Ricoh during a city match however small is arrestable and the possible consequences of that is atleast a bannimg order at a rugby match that law isn’t there, in fact outside as long as it is peaceful the old bill won’t orvshouldn’t...

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

No EFL member will want to vote ccfc or anyone else out, but if things stay as they are what choice is there, WHERE do we play ?? There’s nowhere inside the city but also where is there outside ?

Simple Facts - where would you put your money

Think a lot will depend on the Supreme Court appeal decision. Anyone know when it’s due ?

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

Looking at all the angles I can see what you say and sisu are old pros in this sort of things and will have gone through all the scenarios, I think she might sell this time...if the price is right.

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

I’ve said this on another thread, we are all assuming Joy won’t sell but what if she does want to. With an apparent £7million offer sitting in the table from her point of view what better way to twist arms for a higher offer than to threaten our very existence, just a thought

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

We all assume Joy doesn’t want to sell because that’s what she has consistently said but what if she does, apparently the last Hoffman led bid of approximately £7million is still on the table so from her point of view how better way is there to get a better bid than to use the threat to our...

    Ann Lucas

But seriously if you had a choice between a broken hat stand or Theresa May who would you vote for ?

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

Think they can go to the Euro courts which is very expensive and can take ages or the civil court again very time consuming, as I have said earlier I can’t see any movement from the Wasp end until after this Supreme Court decision.

Spurs are not in the EFL or subject to their rules.

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

True, it requires atleast 54 and non of them would want to of that I’m sure, but it would take only one member to ask for a vote and I repeat if they don’t kick us out where do we play ?

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

Rumours are just that rumours, you hear things proberly exegerations by all means go and ask. I eagerly await his answer.

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

It keeps being said it’s Hoffman but if what I’ve been told is true there is a consortium of local business men in the back ground some considerably wealthier than Hoffman or Elliott, one apparently not resident in Britain which I suppose doesn’t make him very local does it. Looks to me sisu...

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

But one or two members can submit complaints at the special EGM which will then be debated and if a rule is seen as being broken a vote on what decision is taken will be held. If we still can’t provide a suitable home ground I can’t see how we ccfc survive that vote, to me it’s black and white...

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

But it isn’t really IN the EFL court, there are rules and procedures. There are also 72 EFL members and if one or two complain to the EFL higherarchy a rule is not being adhered to the league are duty bound to act. Now if I was chairman of one of the three or four battling for league survival at...

How much does a 10,000 seater stadium cost to build ?

It’s not the cost of a new ground so much as where it could be built. Apart from a large piece of land there’s hoops galore to get over, planning, parking, nimby neighbours could take two or three years just to get planning permission and that’s IF a suitable location is found, I can’t think of...

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

what are the rules on that ? If there’s no accounts and no ground as an example am I right in saying the auditors cannot sign the business off as a going concern, so where could that leave ccfc as a viable business ?
