club to hold meetings with fans

Thought the Golden Share which is in effect the club as you can't play in the league without it was with the Football League and the last company to have it registered in their name was in administration. Source...

club to hold meetings with fans

PWKH said that the charity had agreed something (called heads of terms whatever that is) a long time ago and then heard nothing http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/27053-SCG-Teleconference-with-Tim-Fisher-tonight?p=372844&viewfull=1#post372844

SISU AFC or CCFC (LTD in administration)?

club to hold meetings with fans

Why did no one at the club want to accept the suggestion from the CCFC board member for a rent that moved up or down as the club did through the leagues? That to me would have made more sense.

club to hold meetings with fans

Sky Blues will hold forums and meetings with fans over next few weeks We will be holding forums and meeting with fans' groups over the next few weeks to explain recent events surrounding the club. Look these aren't going to be brainwashing meetings and anyone who thinks that they are is just...

Council should own the stadium outright

So what needs correcting? If he said it why wouldn't it be true?

Council should own the stadium outright

So what is your point? What I understand is as follows: The council haven't vetoed any sale because no sale of the charity share has been agreed. They probably will as PWKH says but they haven't yet.

Council should own the stadium outright

Okay so from what you've posted, the Charity are prepared to sell to SISU and if they do so the council will veto the sale. So the council have therefore not vetoed the sale of the charity share yet, which is what TF supposedly said they had on the teleconference. (edited version of post)...

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

You are missing out what the market rate for ACL is, this may and probably is more than the assets on the balance sheet*. *although as I have already said not amazing on balance sheets.

Council should own the stadium outright

No but then in the teleconference TF said (and I didn't hear this and am going on what is written in that thread) that the council had vetoed the sale. As there hasn't been any communication with the charity as far as I know from what PWKH has posted can you provide a link to where an offer has...

Council should own the stadium outright

PWKH didn't say in that post I quoted that the council wouldn't block/veto any sale, just that they haven't. The fact that SISU have stopped communicating with the charity might have something to do with that. http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/thread...l=1#post372844 Now why SISU have given up...

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

There is a forumla for the sale of the Charity share to CCFC and that again is spelled out as far as he can by PWKH here Source http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/28335-Another-question-for-PKBH?p=398194&viewfull=1#post398194 I personally don't see why the Charity should lose out, having...

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

Yeah that was where I heard it too, I can't imagine that he was actually speaking on behalf of the council though, or describing council policy.

Council should own the stadium outright

Ooh I do hope you're right, although 20 days is too long for me at this point.

Council should own the stadium outright

Thanks.:) Just like to provide sources for things.

Council should own the stadium outright

But what's wrong with that it opens another door for SISU to not pay the rent again. To the council this time as opposed to ACL.

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

I've added a bit to my original post but the shop internet connection just dropped for a while, no idea why. Was this Mr Maton by any chance as I heard him say something about ownership of the Ricoh on CWR and wondered if what he was saying was council policy.

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

It should be made clear that the Council have never vetoed the Charity share being sold to SISU, that was just TF with another of his 'inaccuracies'. PWKH said so here http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/threads/27053-SCG-Teleconference-with-Tim-Fisher-tonight?p=372844&viewfull=1#post372844 Now the...

Why would the whole of ACL be worth £6-8m are you just going solely on the value of the mortgage?
