    Ricoh to pull plug ??????

Sorry I responded as if that question was aimed at me when it could have been rhetorical. I can take a picture of the camera I bought if you like when I get home and post it tomorrow. The battery life is just crap on it, it uses a proprietary connector not mini or micro USB and that bloody sony...

    Ricoh to pull plug ??????

How the hell should I know and the other side of what, the M6? I did used to work in the media but never on the sponsorship side or sales or anything like, I used to be a researcher and general dogsbody.

    Ricoh to pull plug ??????

No idea if they've got other sponsors in the wings or not I suggested Milver because I've stayed at the Hotel and had a room that had windows that opened onto the carp park by the shop. I was woken up in the morning by a clanking noise still coming from outside cos I'd left the window open. I...

    Ricoh to pull plug ??????

I went to buy a digital camera a few years ago and I did specifically ask to see a Ricoh one because the name had obviously stuck in my brain. Sadly when the girl got the one I could afford from the stock room she opened the box and discovered it was buggered so I got a Sony instead. So if...

    Ricoh to pull plug ??????

If it was me negotiating the contract on the Ricoh side I would have made sure there was a clause in place that had a sliding scale if CCFC left. However I still believe that having your company logo/name visible on the M6 to all the drivers is probably worth a fair bit.

Probably Otium but could be Holdings on the papers but it's SISU behind the mask.

When will the badges be coming off the Ricoh & heading for Northampton then?

Didn't he get into trouble for the badge but because everyone was friends at the time it was just a telling off and a promise not to do it again. How times have changed.

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

I believe that the construction was funded by Swansea Council and I 'think' that the team pay a peppercorn rent. Anyone who criticises this now that they have hit the big time and could pay the a reasonable rent (even at cost) is shouted down loudly. The stadium finances have come under scrutiny...

That rent boycott is believed by many to be an attempt to distress ACL and then pick up ACL cheaply out of administration. Sisu alleged that they had a deal with the council and were going to do this with their consent and Tim has claimed he has signed proof of this (the smoking gun papers)...

I don't drive, but if I did I'd join you doing that - could do a Top Gear style race. Which reminds me I must get my hair cut, I do not suit a bandana. :D

I feel sorry for his family, being left in Spain whilst Daddy heads back to the UK.

At least everyone then will have to prove things to the satisfaction of the court, which may be very interesting on both sides :thinking about:.

I don't neglect to mention it, I'm just waiting for the second Young Timothy provides proof that there was a deal to distress/buy the debt with ACL/the council, to become a believer, until then I remain sceptical. I believe he said it just not sure whether it's true or not - so roll on the...

The roads would need improving/widening for starters to use Brandon and I doubt that's going to happen.

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

So what you're basically saying is that your original statement is incorrect and councils can loan money to companies they are part owners in? All the parties in our case agreed on the loan (namely ACL & a unanimous Cov Council etc.) and seem perfectly happy. SISU are alleging that they were...

The rent was very high and needed to come down, something that I think we all agree on. However SISU never made any serious attempts at getting that reduced, never entered into negotiations and instead just went on the rent boycott. From the Q&A session both parties had with the trust...
