This apology of yours implies that remorse is a factor in the punishment for this type of crime. Its there. You wrote it. It implies if there is remorse, the punishment might be different.

In view of what this bastard has done, does anyone really care if , by deporting him back to the country of his origin, he might be in immediate danger? Leaving out the legalities of deportation for a minute, would anyone think it would be harsh ? I would hope he'd go back and die horribly.
