Southampton - getting their lucky break

That court case that was years before Sisu took us over? The same one pointed out by some at the time of the takeover? Ignored by the majority who were pleased we had hard talking businesspeople in charge of the club who wouldn't take shit off anybody? Of course there was evidence at the...

Southampton - getting their lucky break

It's almost as if there weren't loads of fans laughing at Southampton when they went into admin and stating how lucky we were to have to have been taken over by Sisu.

what a difference a week makes

If that's the case then this team is effectively 7 points better than this time last season.

To be fair he probably didn't have any problen getting approval, as the only other trustee was his wife. Though if she was anything like my ex-wife, then agreement would be very slow in coming if at all!

Made from a Charity where one of the two trustees was also on the Board of the organisation making the payment to? Come on, if that happened in any other walk of life, or particularly with Sisu you wouldn't be able to move with suspicion and hysteria on here. Sure all above board though...

Shame on anybody who thinks it was a good idea for a charity dedicated to the deprived children of Coventry(as you put it) to help bail out the struggling millionaire owners of the club when they paid the bankrupt CCFc for the half-share. Sir Peter Higgs was on the CCFC board at the time wasn't he?

    Arsenal sold out now?

Think that any extra tickets the club would have to pay Arsenal for any unsold from the allocation. Losing enough money as it is.

    Arsenal sold out now?

Punish the fans who boycott by allowing them to continue to boycott?

    Alan Higgs Charity

They're a charity set up to help deprived children in the Coventry area, not professional footballers earning 1000's of pounds a week.
