    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

Yeah, in all seriousness, sounds like we should be able to see it. Might need to set location to Spain via VPN though.

    Scott Fraser signs for Ipswich

Very good signing, wouldn't have been surprised to see him step up to the Championship, Ipswich throwing some serious cash about.

    So...

I posted my thoughts on him having watched him previously (when he actually played). In my opinion, he's unlikely to stay glued to his line like Marosi, he will actually attempt to come for crosses. If I'm remembering correctly it's probably more than your average keeper in all honesty but I...

    Transfer Rumour Keinan Davis

I'm guessing it stems from another nonsense Twitter account:

Because he literally turned 19 a matter of weeks ago & was signed for the U23s at this stage. For context he's younger than the likes of Cian Tyler, Blaine Rowe, Ricardo Dinanga etc.

2 more players for this lineup

There was talk of us signing 2 goalkeepers from the well informed like @better days , I wonder if that's still the case? Looks like Sarkic is going to Birmingham now as Etheridge is in hospital with Covid.

    Who is left to go?

It's a shame that he's fallen down the pecking order so drastically. Started the L1 title winning campaign really well but ended last season failing to even make the squad for St Mirren more often than not. I can't see a future for him here at all.

    Pre Season 21/22 Thread

Really talented lad, got high hopes for him. Seems very composed & confident on the ball for a 17 year old & this kind of experience with the first team will be invaluable.

    McCallum to QPR

Indeed. I'm not sure why it's so controversial to suggest McCallum's use of the ball wasn't always the best. It's obvious on the eye that his passing is arguably his biggest weakness at this stage, the stats clearly support this & the player himself admits it's an aspect of his game he's...

    McCallum to QPR

Very flexible, they chop & change frequently. In their 46 league games they started with a back 3 on 26 occasions & a back 4 on 20 occasions.

Agreed, big if though. Wouldn't touch any of the others (maybe Wisdom at a push).

Derby look in dire straits, regardless of any potential points deduction.

    McCallum to QPR

Thanks mate, appreciate the insight. His flexibility should be a major asset 👍🏻

    McCallum to QPR

Yeah sorry, I know Eccles isn't a natural wing-back, I was talking in an emergency scenario with Dabo & Dacosta both unavailable as happened this last season. I do think Burroughs is possibly earmarked for that role going forward now, despite starting out as more of an attacking midfield player...

    McCallum to QPR

Not for me. Pask is a CB who did a job for us there when we were desperate but looks really uncomfortable with it. The emergence of Burroughs &, even the game Eccles had there, hopefully means he can concentrate on earning a game in his natural position instead. Dacosta clearly has flaws but I...

    Bright

This is the Telegraph we're talking about. They didn't even know Sheaf had signed until club announced it despite it being confirmed by multiple sources months earlier. They have very little inside track on the club these days.
