Sounds a bit desperate to me.

So long as I'm not giving the money to SISU then if I spend it getting smashed off my face or buying DVDs from cash converters or whatever wherever I will enjoy myself far more than I ever would if I was giving the cash to SISU.

I can't see any problems in my opinion with the council holding on to their share until they are convinced that the buyer of the Higgs share is a fit and proper person/company to receive their share.

Well I would agree with you except for the Ann Lucas comments about protecting a City asset (or whatever the exact quote was) and the ACL statement which makes me think that SISU want the Ricoh and won't bring the club back until they get it. 5 years is a long time.

You can say the same thing about SISU I reckon She only wants the stadium and will use CCFC as a bargaining tool to get it. Only think is PH4 might be willing to offer more than a tube of smarties, or whatever lowball offer Joy made.

Well they walked away from the Higgs after agreeing Heads of Terms so I suspect that they know they're not binding.

Well as I've said before I'll attend the first match in the White Elephant and buy a premium seat, lunch beforehand, merchandise, snacks the whole 9 yards I'm that confident they won't actually build anything. I wait to be amazed by the plans if we ever see them.
