He was knackered lol. Jogging around and looking at the ground. And we're playing again on Saturday.
I don't mind Lati coming on in midfield in that situation, 2-0 up all he has to do is sit in front of the back 4 and be an enforcer.
Seriously? lol
Also I very much doubt the drifting inside was an instruction from the management. Saka was playing much wider when on and they obviously didn't expect EMC to be playing right wing for the majority of the match.
Yeah don't want to rag on MR after a 3-0 win but not sure what he was thinking, Sheaf's legs were absolutely gone for 10-15 mins before he actually came off. And being on a yellow, it was madness to leave him on.
Would guess because it's more of a puncture than a cut may have taken slightly longer for all the blood to come out. Guessing this image is within seconds of it happening.
Glad it's not a broken bone or ACL or something.
Completely second all of those comments. It was his best showing so far (not hard). I could finally see what he offers to the team. But generally played far too narrow, limited our width on the right and decision making at both ends was bad.
He’s a keeper? You pick your number one and stick with him for longer than 6 games ffs. Confidence is more important for them than any other player on the pitch.
It’s not about Wilson himself. It’s the fact we’ve spent a decent fee on a young keeper with a long contract yet 6 games in after doing nothing wrong he’s been dropped. Just fucking stupid management.
Robins just doesn’t know how to manage keepers does he. Wilson will drop a clanger in a few weeks and Dovin will come back in, but this time he’ll be looking over his shoulder knowing he could be sacked off at any moment.
