Have we just become a “Selling Club” or have we always been one?

On a positive note we seem to have a good scouting system of our summer signings only Kasteneer has so far failed to deliver, all the players brought in have good technical ability, will be lnteresting what this summers batch will be like. We have players like Wakefield and Walters yet to...

Transfer Rumour Ryan Giles on Loan - Confirmed

If he’s the player we are told he is I think he will play apart from our full backs we don’t have a lot of width and pace.

Have we just become a “Selling Club” or have we always been one?

I know this parachute payment is a pain but as I say we only play them twice, I look at the mid championship teams and none frighten me, so long as we keep our back room staff we’ll be okay...i think

Have we just become a “Selling Club” or have we always been one?

I get what you say Nick, but let’s take Norwich imo they will be relegated by Easter and the reason, they ain’t good enough, and perhaps their manager isn’t either, and if they are super strong we would only play them twice. I keep my eye on the championship and it’s a bit of a strange league...

Transfer Rumour Ryan Giles on Loan - Confirmed

We appear to have struck up a good relationship with Wolves they have a good team possible top six outfit seem to have good youngsters on the fringes and imo a top bit of a Klopp type manager, maybe there will be further loans in the future.

Have we just become a “Selling Club” or have we always been one?

Selling players will always happen, but the Sam McCallum transfer and the timing is a strange one to me, first we have kept him until the end of the season so team wise nothing has changed, that’s ok. But there’s a chance, a good chance we could be playing Norwich next season I can’t understand...

I try and keep away from our ground issue now it’s done to death and often prompts lots of anti Wasp threads going over and over the same. My position is I worry, we are now in February and we are still not aware of what might happen. Personally I still see no reasoning to one, our owners EU...

Yes it a mystery really, what is the sisu aim or plan try as I might it all makes no sense to me.

Of course we sell players and have for decades in fact all clubs below the prem and some in are selling clubs. My fear isn’t that so much it’s our owner policy towards ccfc but I’ll be more than happy to throw my hands up and say I got it wrong.

I don’t, but every year I see starlets sold off the latest to a club we might well be playing next season mainly because our owner has decided to lose £200000 a home match and for what ?

If we go up and IF our manager is allowed to bring in three or four better players perhaps a couple of loans I don’t think we will struggle as much as others think, big statement and I know it’s a bold statement but we have a talented group of players add better quality to them I think we can be...

Why sell ? There’s still lots of family silver to sell off, just cashed in on one Sam McCallum there will be others. I tend to stay away from sisu topics they annoy me but we have a team I think will get to the next division and I can’t see for one minute MR getting anything like the funds that...

I don’t believe in reality our owner has the remotest interest in ccfc, it’s part of her business portfolio and that’s what will always come first.

Building a new stadium will never happen while we have this current owner.

Tough games, bloody tough for those teams as well. Be happy with 5 wins and not lose games v Rotherham and Pompey. Think we can win a few of those away games too, bring them on.

In three years he has made mega money on McNulty, Maddison, Bayliss and now McCallum plus some from Chaplin, can’t remember if we got s fee for JCH or not but it all adds up to good few million dollars

    Yesterdays Referee

In my opinion it was a pure case of a novice referee bottling the decision knowing Joey Barton would have been on his case, bit unsavoury is Joey.

    Highlights

He’s grown through the season, defends well, passing has improved no end, if I had any criticism I think his crosses could be more effective but that’s being a bit picky.
