I think compared to the size of the city 13000 is awful. But there is truth in what you say about success breeding apathy. I know so many who, 3 years ago, you wouldn't have dreamt they'd rather stay at home... But they've been dropping like flies!

    Highfield Road or Ricoh?

For me its Arena 2000. Retractable roof, sliding pitch, removable seats (for the smaller events) a train station and Premiership football (as well as European football, I believe the chairman promised).

It's time for thorn to go.

I saw that on the BBC, Otis... I'm sure I disagree with the possession... And the amount of their shots... Unless I was watching something different. It would have been interesting to see where the stats lay before the sending off

    Thorn Post Match Interview

what we do have to hope for is that he IS learning and not got the Strachanesque characteristic of complete stubbornness...

But we haven't got Hadji, McAllister, Chippo or Keane have we? So spells of attractive football is about as good as it gets at this level... Well that or hoofball and we all know how City fans respond to that!

It's time for thorn to go.

This really is a week in week out rollercoaster season. Remember how we were all feeling on Wednesday? Saturday we were punished for not beating them in the first half and then not responding properly after we scored. Was the manager to blame, yes, were the players to blame, yes but the key...

    This country! Jeez!

The Inevitable "Football League Show" Thread

Apparently, a certain Mr Clouting is reponsible for their boost in attendances... Nothing to do with a season in the Prem or a club cult figures son being the manager... Or that they compete! I wouldn't place Derby as a bigger club than us but it really is amazing what just a little success can do!

Lee Camp's save just before we scored

The standard of Keepers in this division is sky high! There have been a fair amount of brilliant saves already at the Ricoh this season, on top of what Murphy can do!

The Inevitable "Football League Show" Thread

Whilst I agree with you... It was never a fair reflection of the match! The media really aren't into Coventry... Even when we were in the Prem, Midlands Today would rather focus on West Brom or Wolves in the league below! I wonder what we have done!!
