This all stems from the decision by our club/Sisu Capital Partners not to attempt to negotiate the rent they agreed to and instead just start a boycott. Then Mr Timothy Fisher mentioned to the press that and I quote ACL were therefore forced to do what any other business would have done when...

Not just Tim Fisher, Mark Labovitch and even Joy Seppala have all said we're building a new ground. Okay so Mr Labovitch has actually mentioned a conservatory as well but that may have been a euphemism. Now if it was just one of the three then yes it's possible one of them had gone off message...

No I never said that, you're reading something that isn't there again. RFC said that ACL had cost us 20 points and that is factually incorrect they didn't they cost us 10. Sisu were the ones who put us into administration rather than pay their contractually agreed rent, or even negotiate before...

Is legal action against Sisu a possibilty ?

Sadly taking legal action wouldn't work and to try unless you can find a no win fee lawyer an expensive thing to attempt. Can having a legal case against a company prevent it being wound up?

    Anyone happend to notice!

Whilst I agree that ACL should give it a brush up now and again, does any council tax go to ACL?

    Legal action

Ah excellent, another name you've called me to add to the list. Can you explain what was pro ACL in that post? As I've said before I am quite happy for the club to come back to a new stadium, or any stadium in the city or if it really must be, just outside. It doesn't have to be at the Ricoh and...

    Legal action

What an odd question - Yes, I have a desire to see us back in the top flight again which is where I believe we belong. What I don't understand is the owners plans for my club, which appear to me to be not very friendly towards their customers, also known as fans. Why have they taken the step...

Yes McGinnity as I have posted on another thread did threaten Neville Hadsley with legal action. This was because someone posted on his site suggesting that McGinnity was dishonest which isn't the smartest thing to do as that is actionable without proof. But sending legal threats to him was...

Exactly what is your issue here? All I pointed out was that people have different views and whilst some people will want to go to Sixfields others won't and may see suggestions that they should as inflamatory. If you're reading anything else into that then you're seeing something that isn't...

I did and looked at the case but that seemed to be a different set of circumstances, but I'm going to have another look in a few minutes.

How about we have some free speech rather than everyone trying to gag everyone else, there's allegedly been enough of that already. If you want to go to Sixfields even after everything that has come out this week then that's fine, but you have to understand that you will be antagonising those...

I suspect the offer was made through a third party so that they had sight of it before passing it on to SISU. That way SISU can't claim that they never got the offer or dispute the terms etc.

Mr Eakin went up in my estimation yesterday when he asked Labovitch whether they had actually received an offer, not just directly received.

Michael Mansfield QC is fairly expensive I seem to recall and does this stuff (he has the same name as a TV producer which I always found mildly amusing).

CCFC comments on rent - cov city mad.

I can only go with what each party said on the Trust Q&A I think it was mentioned that they tried under Robinson and got nowhere which I suspect was because the ACL business was in it's infancy and therefore the finances weren't good enough to allow it. Under SISU they never had anything...
