I think they'll both be moved on in the summer (along with quite a few others to free up room for Frank's incommings.)

It's not our normal formation, and it's not seen that regularly in the championship. We prefer wing backs and 3 centre backs, but we certainly have enough attacking players for 4-3-3. I'm looking forward to seeing how Frank sets us up on Saturday.
