    Preston Match Thread (JPT)

What can i say? I'm a dunn fan and im a fan of the fringe players being given chances. The first goal wasnt Murphy's fault. It hit Adams in the face and took it away from him. I think the man on the line should have done a lot better. Murphy probally thought the man on the lin would get it. 2nd...

    Edges disallowed goal

I know this sounds weird but im actually glad the goal was disalowed, cus if it was a goal, we wouldnt have had that dramtic finale. It would have gone to pens and even thought we probs would have won, i still prefer the 2 last minute goals as it was absoloutleyn mad, my favourite footballing...

Man Of The Match vs PNE

How am i an idiot. Yes, he scored and he got into some great positions, but he missed 3 sitters. Its his first home game and he's bound to be nervous, but i dont see why Elliott is being kept ont he bench. Why not play BOTH? Theres 11 places on that team. That way we have more options and Clarke...

taking the shirt off after scoring

Because a few years ago, Diego Forlan took his shirt off and threew it into the crowd and couldnt get it back, he they had to wait for ages for the kit man to get another shirt from the dressing room and that delayed the game. I'm pretty sure thats why they inforced that rule but i could be wrong

    Edges disallowed goal

Eaxctly, i dont care if it comes off of Leon Clarke's arse, as long as it goes into the back of the net. I've nevr gone so mad at a cov game before. Plus, the fact that all of the Preston fans and their tw*t of a manager all shut up after that goal went it just makes it all the more sweet.

Man Of The Match vs PNE

I'd like to see Elliott start the next game. Nothing against Clarke, but i dont think Elliott has been given a proper chance. Goldie got suspended and Elliott scored twice at MK Dons, yet he's still dropped tot he bench. I get that Goldie was the star man and he was obviously gonna be brought...

    Preston Match Thread (JPT)

Thats exactly what i'm saying. I dont dislike Murphy, he's a good keeper, but i just want him to try a bit more. He might just have to go that 2nd goal last night if he dived. If he takes Bakers philosiphy of never giving up then there wouldnt be a keeper in League One better than him

Man Of The Match vs PNE

Baker was consistant throughout the game, scored one and set up another. A great performance by him, just what we need form our skipper. Moussa changed the game. He brough in some much needed pace and ripped Preston to shreds. Clarke was underrated last night. He made a few mistakes, including...

Man Of The Match vs PNE

Apologies if theres another post like this, but who do you think was the Man Of The Match last night against Preston? I think it was McSheffery, as his runs opened the door for many chances for us. He fell off a bit suring his last 10 minutes but overall i was very impressed with him. And who...

    Edges disallowed goal

Clarke's goal goal offside byt the tiniest bit. His foot was offside, so i think justice was served

    Now Back Your Manager SISU

Think what you want, i dont care. I got an opinion and i'm voicing it. We cant rely on free's and loans forever. Kevin Kilbane, remember him? Slow, Lazy, poor captain. Thats the sort of crap we're buying. We're still gonna get players liek that if we pay forthem, but if funds are available to...

    Preston Match Thread (JPT)

I'm a goalkeeper and if i saw a ball going past me i'd at least dive for it. He got wrong footed, i get tyhat, but he still could have had a go. He's not a bad keeper and both goals were very unlucky, but i think Murphy should have had a go. I didnt rate Fleck last night, but at leats he tried...

    Now Back Your Manager SISU

Moussa is the onyl decent player we signed for free. Sisu need to stump up the cash to sign sogn decent players. Released players are realeased for a reason, cus they're crap. Moussa is an exception to this, but we cant rely on getting another Moussa for free. We need to make a couple od good...

    Now Back Your Manager SISU

When was the last time we had owners this bad? In the last 4 transfer windows we've spend a total of 500k and have sold players toalling to around 4 million. Any real owner would invest in their squad. I'll admit, Moussa had been great, but how could we have known he was gonna be that good...

    chances created

His movement was amazing. He got into some great positions, and like i said he's fitting into a new squad and new surroundings so im not expecting him to score a hat-trick every game, but to be fair, a striker of his calibre should have scored at least twice last night, but his movement was...

    Michael Appleton

He won twice in 12 games at Blackpool with players like Ince and Matt Phillips. He had a greta squad and he drew about 80% of his games there. There are better and more experianced managers out there, but Blackburn probs just want a cheap manager. Cant see them getting promoted

    Now Back Your Manager SISU

The best things SISU can do for Robins is to give him so transfer funds so he doesnt have to rely on has-beens and drop-outs being signed, sort out this crap off the field so theres no distractions and let him focus on the team, just stay out of his way

    Carl baker

Last night just proved how much he loves the club and the fans. The passion he has for CCFC will start to wear onto the rest of the players. He's vocal, his performances are improving and he's in the middle of play so he can have a say on what happens all round the pitch, whether its attacking...
