    JPT or FA CUP?

If you consider the prize is a trip to Wembley then its a Semi final

    JPT or FA CUP?

Has to be the jpt. Beat Sheff Utd & we have a great chance of getting to Wembley. I imagine if we win this game we would be in our first semi final in over 20 years. If we were to win the trophy it would be a clear signal that our decline has finally bottomed out. All the FA can offer is...

James McClean refusing to wear poppy

I dont disagree with those reasons Otis, im only talking there about people such as mcclean not understanding what it represents, and being bitter & twisted. I would be saying the same about anyone here who refused to wear a shamrock on paddys day on the basis of what the ira have done. That...

Maybe if sisu hadn't lied so much in the past we would believe them when they say they tried to sign someone.

James McClean refusing to wear poppy

<p> The poppy comes from WW1, a war that Ireland was very much part of.

James McClean refusing to wear poppy

I dont think people should be forced to wear one, or even support it. However I do think it says a lot about him as a man that he refused to wear it. A poppy isn't a political statement, its about remembering those who died whilst protecting others. People who died so that he could have the...

James McClean refusing to wear poppy

If McClean was this great patriotic Irishman then surely he would want to remember all the Irish soldiers that were killed in WW1?

    Home Truths

Up until yesterday we were one place above the relegation zone. If we were talking about any other team in that position we would say they we in a relegation battle. Are we currently in a relegation battle? Yes Will we go down? No, were starting to pick up points and will probably finish...

    carl baker

Due to the high number of bizarre comments that get posted on this board I think its impossible to now seperate the sarcastic from geniune opinions.

    carl baker

Maybe, but my opinion of Baker is based on the last 3 years. Baker, Bell, & McSheffrey were the biggest let downs last year, I am happy that he is now playing well, but he needs to keep it going. Otherwise this is nothing but a good spell.

    I'm probably the least surprised.

For the sake of 1 game is it not worth going for it in the JPT? Beat Sheff Utd & we have a great chance of getting to Wembley.

    carl baker

Maybe we shouldnt judge players on individual games? Just because a player has a bad game doesn't mean they're bad. Just because they have a good game doesn't mean they're good. Baker isn't a bad player, but I certainly wouldn't yet put him in the good catagory. He has been inconsistant in...
