    Positives

How about this for a positive - we have all just had our weekend ruined because of things that happened on an actual football pitch... No legal battles, stadium bollocks or impending administration/liquidation. A few years ago we would have given anything to have this back in our lives 🐘

Minimum 7 days but needs to be symptom free at progressively more intense levels of physical activity with minimum 24hrs between each - could easily be much longer

Important to bear in mind that there is a full spectrum of different meniscal cartilage tear types, ranging from small nicks to full bucket handle tears, with different types causing different levels of pain and dysfunction. Yeah I'm not a fan of cortisone injections at all personally, it essentially blocks inflammation which is key to tissue healing, and there is a movement in the medical profession to let the body get on and do its thing with the healing response, rather than suppressing it. It all comes from...

A really good summary tbf! Plantar fasciitis is really common and usually caused by overloading of the fascia (tough, ropelike material similar to tendons that is found all over the body, but in this case mostly helps maintain the arch of the foot which acts as a kind of suspension). PF is...

Fair point but I'd say if a team feels a foul should have been given they could use a review and ask the ref to take another look at it
