If there's any way to get rid of Godden, Allen and JDS we should explore that. Sheaf always has a few mistakes in him - not sure whether to keep or replace. Wright has started to turn a corner, but I'm still underwhelmed by Simms. Not sure how long to persist with him.

When you are defending a slender lead like we were today and like against Huddersfield at home late in the game, we really need to manage the game better and shithouse than give away a goal deep into stoppage time. So naive. That's 4 points and countless more we've given away.

No it wasn't. Sheaf has brain farts a lot. He kicked Jamal Lowe right in front of the ref. Easy call. Our wall for the free kick was poor. It had a hole in it and that's where the ball went. So dumb

Binks or Lati should hold the fort down while Kitching is out. I don't think Fadz is the answer. Guess if Lati goes back to defence then Sheaf or Allen needs to play in midfield.

Over the last month or so they beat Stoke, beat Blackburn, drew with Leicester and dominated Cardiff and were unlucky to lose on Saturday. Although most of their points were picked up at home, they are exuding a lot more confidence of late. Will not be a walk in the park.

This will not be easy. They have improved a lot lately and beat an improving QPR team and were much better than Cardiff and unlucky to lose in Saturday. Think Eccles for Allen (who looked ineffective) and maybe Palmer for Sheaf (if he’s crocked) are changes I may consider.

Thinking back about that chance Palmer missed at the end, I bet Godden would’ve scored if he’d come on.
