    As I put on another thread - whilst there were some points that made sense - my take on the interview was that it appeared to confirm that we would be in Northampton for five years. The result of that is that I have never felt more pessimistic or depressed about our future.

    Some of what JS says in the interview makes sense. Sadly, it appears that she believes that the club can prosper even with five years "in exile" in Northampton. I believe that that is a grave error.

    If a club is set up as a limited company ( as I believe they all are - Forest were the last one to be unincorporated back in the 80's) then they are by definition set up with share capital, irrespective of whether that share capital is owned by 1 person or by many thousands of different people.
