Never rated DW much as a player until he was playing for us ;) thought he was excellent then :D

So will the Sisu QC have anything showing that Sisu made any serious attempt at negotiations over the rent in between them taking over and the club not Sisu deciding* to go on rent boycott? * as said by Sisu in the Higgs case.

Hardly under that much anonymity given he was 'outed' at one of the forums last year when the club finance guy recognised him from the creditors meeting.

It's all gone a bit quiet on twitter and now that I've cleaned the snot off my phone (I love having a cold) and being sick of daytime tv I'm starved of things to do.

So long as the costs aren't added to the debt mountain that the club has and it doesn't affect the team/performance on the pitch, then they can spend all year and as much money as they like in court for all I care.

I'm with you on most of those :) but not the Higgs as I thought that the last judge had thrown out the Sisu argument that the Higgs were in on a conspiracy? Any luck with the bag?

If there is only one party involved can you still have a conspiracy? Or are you including ACL in that as well as the council?

    Football League deadline update

The thing is if they do nothing it's going to piss off other teams especially those who were relegated. I was remembering at work the season where we only survived because of the Boro points deduction and the pitch invasion on the last day was looked at carefully by the authorities. We weren't...

    More positive news.....

Congratulations I hope that you both have a very happy life together. Does this mean that the finest time in your life won't be 87 half past five? And can you persuade the person doing the service to say* "Let's all sing together Hymn number 421...” ;) *assuming you go for a service with...

I don't think he got the Ricoh contract someone posted that on here, might have been PWKH.

Rent Money owed to ACL rumour

Okay I'm curious as to why MM & GR didn't publicise this when they made the payment, and why they were still guarantors under Sisu. I'm not expecting anyone on here to know by the way.

    Stock Take

One of the stock takes we do is part of the yearly audit and as such we can't put it off for very long if at all.

Rent Money owed to ACL rumour

Tim is a director of Otium, SBS&L, Ltd & Holdings and listed as MD of our club on the website, and I assume made statements to the press acting as one some or all of those offices. It doesn't matter if we did/didn't believe those statements, it's the creditors who stood to be financially...

Rent Money owed to ACL rumour

I've fixed the link and I would read the rest of the piece and not just the one quote. He goes on to say that "They need to re-enter negotiations pronto or we file. We'll have no option because there would not be reasonable probability of avoiding insolvency liquidation." It goes on but you...
