Willis has defended very well, but doesn't contribute so much going forward. I would have said the opposite for Phillips, but in his last two cameos he's made some excellent tackles. Perhaps SP gives Willis the nod because he's stronger in the air - and we're a bit lacking in that department.

I don't think there's any dispute that stadium ownership would increase the value of the club - the question is, by how much? Or to be precise, would building a 12k to 18 k (I've lost track of what the current plan is) stadium for £20m to £25m, increase the value of the club by substantially...

Or another view is that perhaps despite the frequent statements that SISU will not sell, they may understand that the value of the club would be substantially reduced if the academy was closed. Maybe keeping options open?

I think that's actually why I'm more optimistic on this point than I'd otherwise be. Under SISU's ownership the FL have interpreted their rules to meet SISU's requirements, beyond what many (well, me anyway!) would consider to be reasonable. If NOPM leads SISU to choose the liquidation...

I think that you overstate the certainty of your logic. I believe that the logical position is that if SISU are starved of cash they will eventually look to sell the club (i.e. will reluctantly take what the rest of the world would view as a reasonable price) rather than walking away with...
