Not quite sure what point you're making. Are you suggesting that if a business ever takes legal action, then it is no longer logical for them to seek to avoid legal action being taken against them?

Are you honestly suggesting that a sane business would not try to stop legal action being taken against it? Have you ever heard of legal costs, not to mention the distraction?

I don't expect them to sell the business for a sensible price - so let's hope you're right :)

That does seem to be the obvious question that has never been answered. SISU claim to be prepared to spend £20m to £30m on a 12,000 seater stadium, but as far as we know have never offered a similar sum for a much larger stadium - that would also bring them much better revenues in the...
