Exactly this. This kind of limitation is personally why I think he isn’t worth what Hull seem to want. Don’t get me wrong, I think he would be a great addition and seems to have excellent awareness and physicality.

Think he’d work but only alongside the right kind of centre half partner.

Defensively he’s been very good. On the ball / technical qualities seem to be lacking which is what I thought last time I watched Hull.
