There is no getting away from the fact that the rent is too high and an amount that we just can't afford to keep paying. I know it is what was agreed in the past, but we simply can not keep paying it and continue as a club. There has got to be a point where we at least start to break even...

I think it is about what the club can afford, that's why they have withheld the rent, to try and force a way of getting the rent reduced to a level that the club can realistically operate at. Sisu have done nothing but tackle all costs and drive them down, from what i'v seen.

The problem I see with that though is it doesn't matter if the Ricoh is worth more than that in rent, you can only pay what the club can afford and sustain.

And what if 50% of the current rent is still unsustainable ? We need to still find that 50% of the rent, with low tickets sale and very little other income streams we just can't operate as a business.
