Absolutely it’s odd to have CR in to talk to MR, then CR going away thinking the next discussion was with the owner re: compensation. Only to have the owner have someone else call, to tell CR the timing wasn’t right.

In fairness, people can make of it what they want because there’s gaps to fill. Either MR wasn’t keen and CR got the brush off, or MR was keen and DK wasn’t. Kinda moot now as both roads lead to no appointment. I’ve got nothing to pedal, or agenda against anyone.. just relaying what I was told.

From what I can make out, Robins may have reached out based on a recommendation from within (the latter part not confirmed but CR is known by at least two people already at the club).

It seems Robins may have reached out initially, so was onboard. However it didn’t get any further.

Not happening now apparently. Not prepared to go into details but it wasn’t approved to move forward at this time.
