Agreed, people are too bogged down with upsetting the beginning of a new season as if the dates can't be changed. Finish this season at whatever date, next season starts when it starts, if you've lost a month or two then cancel Checatrade, league cup and maybe even FA cup.

Really? So what if the players contract the virus? At least there will be something to throw away a tenner on!!

Daft comparison I know but when games are called off after say 70mins due to weather, does the result not stand? I know there's a problem with play off positions but in our case surely for us not to go up would be scandalous?

    Further abuse

Without knowing the people within this charade personally I'm fairly confident they are all adults, try to start acting like it. This is a site for Coventry city football news, not playground antics. It's pathetic.

It's not just sporting views either, social media has given every idiot in town a platform to air their unwarranted and unnecessary opinion. (I realise I'm on social media by the way so am somewhat hypocritical!) I'm sure Jose has watched his behaviour during his last two jobs and thought he...

Not to contradict your conspiracy theory on negativity despite many reasoned comments especially between the two of us on this thread but have you seen the Jose press conference? He was absolutely on top of his game, amusing, good banter with journo’s, positive and basically refreshed. If this...

Has been is harsh, I said in decline, he needs to change his tactics, transfer philosophy and quite honestly his negative attitude if he wants to be competing with the top 2. I will bang the drum again though: if he was that good at united why was he sacked? If it's purely down to your Pogba...

There wasn't that much good in the grand scheme of proportionate relevance. Spending what he did with a club that has more financial clout than any other he should not have had 1 good season then gone for a burton. Anyway, it looks like we respectfully disagree on what purports as success but...

Purely out of interest do you regard top 4 or one of the "lesser" cups as the greater achievement? On a personal note I believe in the current climate top 4 is the aim for every chairman and manager.

It's just not where united should be though is it. Well season on season they've never been in CL 4 years in a row, I would've thought that during his first bad spell and considering they went 3 windows without signing a player whilst new stadium is being built he can feel harshly treated by...

And look at that path united got that year, incredible fortune. Also look where he took united in the league by the time he left. He's the management equivalent of heroin: great at first but after a few years you're f@#ked!!
