If they want indemnity it’s because they know they have likely done something dodgy which could cost them millions. If it was all above board and legal they wouldn’t need to pursue the indemnity

I live 275 miles away but will try and go at least the same amount as I usually do. This time Wasps and the council have screwed us over. I wouldn’t be surprised if Wasps don’t try and set up their own football team “Coventry Wasps FC” to try and damage us even more

I suppose it would depend on the value put on those conditions and the how much the higher offer was. Exactly, and the fact that Wasps are using dropping legal to threaten CCFC with is a sign of wrongdoing in my opinion. If they had nothing to hide they wouldn’t have insisted SISU drop legals

I think if that’s the case CCC wouldn’t have made the same offer to SISU to buy the Ricoh so they maybe found to have acted illegally
