Yeah I've heard a horror story from someone who didn't get anything drawn up and came close to ruining a good friendship and nearly their finances.

It's called optimism and I start games on the assumption (well this season anyway) that we should be able to beat the opposition. Having said that I did think they were where Colchester are in the table and vice versa. In my defence they're both Essex clubs.

My confidence is slipping, we should easily be able to beat Southend. Staying in the top 6 might be the best we can hope for which is depressing.
