if ALC really cared about Coventry City

Agree with you there. I hate this synical view of the world where all business people are considered to be completely lacking in morals. Sisu are not the norm.

    Golden Share and Player registrations

Reading that OSB, are you saying that Sisu can now only get the golden share back with FL approval?

Thats how it appears to me as well. There is only two reasons for the leagues delay. Either: The league are just incompetent (Whilst this is true I wouldn't have thought to this level) Or, Sisu have moved things out of CCFC Ltd without FL being informed. The FL are now covering themselves...

Isn't our debt actually only £1.3m?

Also, surely the Sisu money is in CCFCH, not CCFC Ltd. As the only creditor if CCFC Ltd is ACL, does that not mean they can now make it difficult for Sisu to get their hands on the league share?

I don't understand why its taking the FL so long to say where the players are registered and why it took 4 days to say where the league share is registered. It should take them 5 minutes to look it up on a database. They are not coming out of this looking good in my opinion.

I still can't understand that CCFC Ltd is effectively the Club. Therefore how can the players be registered with an entity that isn't the club?

    High Court Match Thread

Im struggling to understand this. Have I got it right that: Ccfc ltd/The administrator has the league share, effectively the right to be a football club. Ccfc holdings/sisu hold the player registrations, Ryton and the shop stock? If that's the case does that mean sisu now have a load of...

Official - we are in administration already

Interesting that he said the administrator now has to follow normal practice and put the club up for sale.

Why should clubs be docked points

Points deductions are there to stop teams getting an advantage over others. Classic example being Portsmouth, bought the FA cup when they couldn't afford it. Points deduction is there to try and balance that back up. Other teams, who have played by the rules, miss out otherwise.

    Club Statement on remaining games

I'm glad we will see out the remaining games at the Ricoh this season. There would though have been one good thing to come out of playing a home game somewhere else. It would have made those Ricoh doubters realise just how much the Ricoh does feel like home.
