    U23 v Hull

I think he could be the perfect partner for Godden if were a goal down with 20 to go, good option to have to switch to a 442 and pull a CM for him.

Allen starting for the u23s today, be good to get minutes under his belt and hopefully see him off the bench on Saturday for 20 mins, may push for a start vs Wimbledon

    Jodi Jones

Could be anything though with long term injuries like that, could be that it was not quite as bad as the first time or that its simply healing quicker. Even if he's back training I'd expect another 2 months or so till he's up to full speed L1 football

his Instagram suggests he might be getting a run out for the u23s today.... Edit: Not in the squad, may be that he's back in the training fold.

    First choice midfield

Kelly plays whenever he's fit, build the rest around him. Think he Godden & Marosi are the only 3 that have a cemented place in the team, let competition for places drive the rest on.

    A Different Coventry

If Robins is still here in May (which I think he will be) we'll be there or thereabouts

    Sad bastards

Why would they be finished? They bring in head and shoulders more money than any other team at this level, they'll go back up one season when it all ticks, this season or in 5 years.

Don't mind him sticking with the same team, injuries aside, think you can keep O'Hare on the bench, keep him hungry, but there does become a point where you simply have to reward his excellent 20min cameos with a start. He's so effective from the bench (albeit he's not had a league start yet)...

I don't think Westbroke or Ohare should be looking for the ball that deep, Kelly should be the first outlet for the CB's if were looking to play through the middle and Shipley should offer himself if Kellys being tightly marked. Westbroke/Ohare as our more creative midfielders should be closer...

Shipley should never be played on the left of a front three, he can do a job left of a midfield four if were defending a lead away from home to provide more cover for LB, however given that we never change tactically during a game this shouldn't be an issue.

From what I've seen of Ohare so far, he looks at his most dangerous when picking the ball up in midfield and driving forward or arriving late into the box, I think he could be wasted as one of the front three, he'll be easier for the opposition to mark. I'd stick with 2 of...

Tony Mowbray and how we got lucky!

He gave us 4-5 months of some of the best, most dominant football I've seen in my lifetime, going to the Ricoh went from being a chore to actually enjoyable, we played teams of the park and expected 3 points at home every week. What happened after was excruciating and shouldn't have been...

    Ten Bags Bayliss

Depends how many bags you have in the boot, anything more than 10 and you'll need to be on a championship footballers wage

Everyone will have their eyes on the dynamics between the two tomorrow night, how do they react to each other when AR sees a mismatch he likes at the line of scrummage and changes the call.

Really looking forward to tomorrow night, how do you think AR will go under LaFleur? Big year for Trubisky I feel, drafted higher than Mahommes and D Watson a couple of years ago, if he can bring their offence up to the defences level. Intrigued to see how their new RB goes aswell, Montgommery...

    The Ricoh

League one wont have a winter break for the world cup though will it so I'd assume we'd just kick off first week of August as usual. Maybe have to play our first game away. All hypothetical obviously as we could be playing premier league at HR2 or League 2 at the Ricoh.

Don't think were going to be the most exciting team to watch this year, defence should fair well up front, still a few questions about our DB's for me. Long, drawn out, run heavy drives trying to give our defence as much breathing time as possible. Like the look of Guice/AP/Thompson in the...
