I think it is conceivable that SISU saw all this coming and even positioned all the "assets" offshore with Argos so that only they can pick up the pieces and start again. It may have been the only other way out of what proved to be an onerous rent/revenue agreement with an intransigent ACL/CCC...

What would you expect "some compromise" from ccfc to look like? They started arguing for a rent comparable to "an average for league one", 170k was mentioned, they seem to have indicated willingess to deal at more than twice that. That is compromise! I agree that ACL compromising on...

I can see where all this is going. Any rent deal has to be acceptable to a tenant or they simply won't go on paying. If it was a fair deal both sides would be content and there would not be a problem. ACL are backing CCFC into a corner. The only way out is winding up and starting again.Then...

I am guessing that the money CCFC have paid as match day expenses has not been paid to ACL but paid to others that ACL normally pay without which the match can't proceed - eg police? If that's true it becomes arguable whether it is "money paid as rent" which would fit in with comments from ACL...
