    This seasons home attendances

We were on our great pre-World Cup run and QPR were right up at the top - plus the last chance to see us play for 5 (?) weeks

    This seasons home attendances

IIRC, we'd sold something like 22k for Rotherham a day or so before the game - and were probably expecting a decent walk up on a sunny August day. Thanks to the f*ckwits at Wasps, we ended up with under 19k when we eventually managed to play the game.

    RIP OldSkyBlue58

To use an old fashioned word, he always seemed to be a real gentleman. His analysis of the accounts over the years was always considered and clear and much appreciated by many of us. He will be missed. RIP.

    Coventry Strikers

I think what Robson said was that he wanted to see how he did against his defence (Beatie & Hunter?) to see if he was worth the money. Remember the old scoreboard on the Kop showing "Ferguson 4 Ipswich 1" during the game.

    Our home support

Ticket sales for Saturday are going fairly well. You have to assume that in the event of us making the play-offs, the home leg would sell out. The question is, how many would we be able to sell? Would the SAG still insist on keeping blocks 11, 12 and 13 closed?

Sales don't look bad for the Monday before a game, but no idea how many Stoke are bringing.

    Tommy Hutchison Book

A friend of mine was a youngster on City's books in the 60's. He said that the day he knew he wouldn't make it was when a scrawny little red haired kid turned up at training and ran rings round everyone.
