Ha ha! I worked in a call centre in the centre of Portsmouth in my early 20's, fresh out of uni and our boss had a similar mindset. Over to Guildhall at lunchtime to the Walkabout and the Fleet and have a few pints at lunch. Suffice to say our call cancellation rate declined in the afternoon...

It's quite simple, get one or two of our players standing right next to them, eaves-dropping. They'll soon stop doing it - and it's not as if the ref can do anything against our players for doing it. Well done to Thomas for doing it - I hope the instruction is for him to continue to do it.
