    Jennings?

Robins said he had tweaked his thigh on CWR after the game.

    McSheffrey

Never mind chaps, after another poor display today, first out wide and then up front, hopefully it will be the dullards last outing for us. Can't see him pulling the wool over Robins eyes, he was a striker so knows the score, also said he wants players to put a shift in - can't see him ever...

Watching the goals again Murphy was rooted for their second.

    hussey, barton, the edge/malaga, cody

According to the bloke that sat next to me today, his next door neighbour (a former city fullback and current employee), the coaching staff rate Husseys footballing ability but consider him to have no "heart" or "fight" about him. So I guess if he is causing shit in the dressing room then he...

    Ratings Today

Thought Fleck was OK considering that was his first full 90 minutes and he missed most of the pre season aswell. He is obviously one of those rare breeds "a footballer" in a league where there are too few. We need to give him a chance cos I'm sure he could be one of our glimmers of hope this season.

    hussey, barton, the edge/malaga, cody

Some bad signings this summer-contractually anyway. Malaga doesn't look like he will get near the 1st team now and yet don't we have him on a two year deal? Barton - is he fit? Another one who already seems to have fallen from favour, and yet we paid a fee for him and also isn't he on a three...

CCFC v Tranmere - Match Thread

The whole thing of the new man comes in and has to work with the existing backroom staff is bollocks. A new broom is needed and fuck them all off Shaw,Carsley and in particular Ogrizovic - or is he there as a permanent momento for 1987. Until we move on without this shower of shite who quite...

    Car Parking Rip Off

The official carparking pricing is a disgrace really anyway, it is more expensive than it is to park in an NCP in the city centre and why - shouldn't the pricing be the same as all other Council manged carparks around the city? Fair play to your old fellow Snoz, thats what I call a true City...

    Car Parking Rip Off

Forget the carparks and park in the streets. I suspect that there are going to be few Traffic Wardens "let go" by the council since our gates will not be over the 10,000 threshold for them to be on the beat doshing out fines. Give it a few games and we'll be down to the season ticket holders...

    Barton

The Coventry mentality strikes again. Isn't Kilbane equal top goalscorer? Has Ball played longer than 20 minutes in any game where he has come on as a sub? Is the ink dry on the McGoldrick loan deal yet? FFS give the lads (man) a break:facepalm:!!!

    Street Parking tonight?

Well it should but the Traffic wardens were out in force even against Bury! It's high time that the Council reiterated the criteria for when the parking restrictions come into force, because as I see it, it's just another money making scam for them.

    Cyrus Christie

I have always thought that Christie would be great as a wide midfielder, he has pace, can tackle and he did have a few assists last season from his crosses/forward play. Combine him with Clarke and I think we would have a fearsome right flank, with height for headers and pace and attacking nous...

    RoDs mrs....

If we could have got rid of him he would have been cleared out during the summer cull. For some sad reason I flicked through her pictures on Twitter and it just shows what a good life a less than mediocre "footballer" of the modern idiom lives, more than nice house, top motor, fancy holidays to...

    Andy thorn has been sacked

Mardy Mick McCarthy-no thanks, dour, miserable, boorish, can't take any criticism better off on MOTD. Billy Davies-"Cheque book Charlie", grizzles when things don't go for him and never his fault. Gary Johnson-he can fook off, turned us down before when he was at Yeovil-said they were a...

    Mandatory Footy league show thread

Where was Murphy for the second goal-rooted as usual. Too little and never gets in the mix, should have been out to at least fist the ball away. Too quick to blame and berate every one else for my liking, needs to take a look at himself. :jerkit:

    Substitutions

Thorn should have taken Kilbane off because his contribution today was nought, and with his penchant for like for like subs then McSheffrey should have been his replacement. That would have left us better positioned, at that point 2-2, to go on and win the game without upsetting the shape of the...
