It looked like a lack of trying from where I was sitting, literally cantering back. The bare minimum you can expect is application and effort, defensive work is basically non negotiable. All our wide players have been AWOL out of possession, it's a big part of why we are so open.

Agreed, way of the world tho now sadly. I think you can use cheaper materials with a bit of smart design but again that's gonna cost ££££.
