    Brighton received their share of the original fee. But we still have to give them a share of any further money we receive, that’s how these clauses have to work. Just like we’ll receive money if Sporting have a sell on clause in this deal.

    I mean I think it's pointless discussing him - his most recent performances for us were on par with calamity Collins. I've no idea what the off field stuff was about, so can't comment, but on a performance basis he certainly wouldn't have been starting over Wilson.

    Yeah but pretty much every club in the championship would want him, and I'm sure some would be prepared to offer large loan fees that we wouldn't match. Also think he'd go somewhere in the prem anyway.
