He's an absolutely fantastic ref. Probably the 2nd best around. A) In real time, from his angle, it looked a definite penalty B) There is contact, despite how weak. C) It is up to VAR to correct that or suggest review. Gillet on VAR didn't even suggest Taylor have another look. D) I don't know...
