    Luciano Becchio on trial

We need a goal scorer. I've seen a limited amount of games but sordell and agyai are poor. Agyei looks to the crowd for advice and sordell falls over far too easily. No real drive

    Gael

Your right, it could have been a conscious decision. End of the day he's still young and I think will grow into a very good player for us. Still couldn't believe some of the negative/offensive comments towards him.

    Gael

Bigi did well yesterday. The system doesn't suit him as his outlet options seem limited. I'd like to see him be a bit more aggressive. A couple of occasions yesterday he did back out of challenges. He has the potential to become a general in midfield IMHO

    Tony Mowbray

I agree. The system is not working yet and arguably needs changing.

    Tony Mowbray

We get rid of TM now and the new man can't use the loan system and has to use the same men Mowbray has bought in. Like it or not, surely we're better sticking with him and hope it clicks.

    your Southend experience

Worst day watching (sorry not watching city. Drinking on seafront before was OK. Entertaining at the Forrester's. Left bout 2.20 then waited and waited for a cab, phoned up companies but to no luck. Only plus side I suppose is we didn't get to see the crap in the pitch. So actually some...

    Ricoh

I'm not sure I've seen anyone mention the financial restraints that exist for both clubs. Wasps have a wage salary cap enforced on them by the Premiership. CCFC have the FFP. So Wasps are limited in how much they can invest into their club and the more CCFC make they can invest more. If they...

Wasps in talks to takeover Ricoh

OSB58. Hypothetically. If CCFC and Wasp merged (after Wasps buy the Ricoh. Could this benefit the Football club in regards to the FFP rules on income as we would share income with Wasps. It would not make to much difference to Wasps as rugby has a wage cap.

Wasps in talks to takeover Ricoh

That's not what I'm saying. Rugby is a different beast to football. CRFC would retain its identity and tradition. I live in London and all the teams have done this down here Yet London Irish amateurs, Wasps etc have still got a very strong local presence. Rugby at a top level is more of a...

Wasps in talks to takeover Ricoh

Regarding the rugby, what are the realistic chances of Coventry getting the the prem in the foreseeable future? Probably slim as the set up in rugby seems to limit this. However, If wasps was to become Coventry Wasps (as a merger) thus creating an identity with the local community. Cov RFU would...

Wasps in talks to takeover Ricoh

Wasps sponsors are CVS. A business property service based in Manchester and London. I had heard they were looking to get established in the Midlands as my mate works for them. Surely this would fit in with the move for the Ricoh? Is it also possible that through business connections SISU have...

    Let's Talk About Football

Was sat near the half way line lower tier, opposite royal box. A mix of sky blue and spurs fans. Origionally had tickets to stand in spurs end but didnt realise until we got to stadium so swapped them with some spurs fans. Still gives me goosebumps... Oh happy days!:D

    dan walker survey

Just looking thorugh mine now. Part of the SISU propaganda though? Feel that once again the fans are being used as reluctant pawns. Not sure to fill in or not. Does ask for a yes or no regarding going to Cov mathces outside city. Hopefully they will listen to the answers.

What was your first ever City game?

Mine was a 2-2 draw in 81 against Wolves. My uncle took a box for me to stand on and also a rattle. Embarressing now but at the time it was a great experience. Great as my old man was at Wolves during the late 60s although not 1st team, yet was an avid sky blues fan.
