This if I remember correctly was the master plan we embarked on last summer - can't recall now what the grand objective or significant milestones were - can anyone? As far as I can foresee we're going to be in an even worse position that we found ourselves in at the end of last season...

Tend to agree - best not to rush it - we are still winning so why upset that - hopefully the players have a lot of respect for Carsley and will want to help him as well as themselves nest few games makes or breaks our season so can't see anyone influencing that anyway - if it all goes wrong...
