Not behind the strikers like a 10 or as defensive minded as a 6. Usually plays in a midfield 2 or 3 & is more 'box to box'. Has defensive responsibilities but also has to score & create.

Thought his performance yesterday was indicative of him as a player overall. One outstanding piece of play to score, a couple of promising bits of creativity & lots of giving the ball away, passing it straight out of play, questionable defensive work, stupid petulant fouls & a yellow card.
