Yeah, I'm looking to cut down.
Drink once or twice a week. Not really an issue but been training like mad, feel great but haven't lost weight which I'd like to so really need to combine the training with an improved diet and less alcohol..
I am absolutely convinced we'll lose Saturday.
I'm dreading the thought of it.
And to make matters worse I'm starting dry January today after having a few yesterday so I'll be witnessing it sober.
Sorry to go all Roy Keane on you but it's their Job!
And one they are handsomely paid to do.
100 percent commitment and never say die attitude should be a given.
If we're not careful we will end up in a relegation battle.
No way the idea of it can be dismissed out of hand.
It doesn't matter how good a squad is if they don't work hard enough or don't have the right attitude (or a combination of both) then they can find themselves in trouble.
Lampard...
Not really. Robins has gone but Kings still here
How he handled the dismissal, whether you agree with him, don't agree with him, or are somewhere in between is still hugely relevant
You have to go through the shit to really appreciate the good times.
We had 6 or years of progress, which is something not many clubs will experience, things have stalled, but we'll get there again.
Just got to take shit like today on the chin.
Eccles was the only one giving it to the ref at the end of the game and he got pulled away.
No one else was bothered. Lampard was yards away and didn't get involved
