Are things like programmes ever worth anything? Iv got stacks of programmes in a box in the loft. Saying that, the best thing i have is a replica toy of the 1987 fa cup bus still in its un-opened box, think it was made by matchbox or something like that. Its a bit battered though.

They have always been able to stop who they want. theres nothing wrong with them stopping anyone. But they can only search you/your car/do breath tests if they have a reasonable enough cause to do so. otherwise it is all down to you giving them permission.

the test can be done if they have reason to believe you have been drinking or if you cause a traffic offence (speeding, going through red light etc). But if not you can say no and be on your way

i may be wrong here but if the police pull you over for a random check you are within your rights to decline any checks or searches and there isnt much they can do about it unless you give your consent. If they suspect you of drinking though and state they smell alcohol or mention something...

it wasnt for me! we had them a few years ago in the league cup round 2. me and my mate were both 15/16 and had the day off school and took the coach. took about 5.5 hours :o we won 2-0 though, think mifsud scored them both :D. then we got screwed over against west ham i think :(
