    Things that annoy you

Does that not highlight a problem though? What you're describing there is improvements in automation leading to better conditions for the masses. If you go back far enough you can trace a move from 12 hour shifts 7 days a week to 9-5 Monday-Friday. Thats a clear benefit to the population at...

    Oasis Reunion

If I was an Oasis fan I'd be wanting to go and see Oasis. Not like it's a band which had a revolving door of members. I would have far less interest in going to see Liam, Noel and pals. It's being promoted similarly to when the Robinson brothers got back together and created a new Black Crowes...

Hard to argue with Sabalenka when she says its won't be long before Radacanu is in the top 10

    Club finances

Exactly, I mean at some point one won't but hopefully it's not us. It was only really a bigger concern with SISU because a club not playing in its home city with an owner wanting to get all their money back wasn't an easy sell.

    Club finances

I suspect if we hadn't been through all the shit with SISU nobody would be giving a second thought to our finances. While its good to be aware, and I prefer people to be concerned rather than being like Portsmouth fans who demand ridiculous levels of investment within months of being 'saved'...

    Oasis Reunion

How come the the other band members are being forgotten about. I get the brothers being the main focus but it's not like they're backed by a bunch of random session musicians. Even the 'band' photos are just the two of them.

    Oasis Reunion

I'd be amazed if he does more than a couple of songs, probably with a backing track like his last few 'live' appearances. Think the best case scenario is he's well enough to sit on his throne and watch other artists guest with his solo band and Sabbath. tbh that is by far the better option. I...

    Glastonbury 2025

The local Conservative Party threatened the promoter, and the venue, with action under the public order act and a vague 'other relevant legislation', but the main threat was from Israeli linked solicitors, UK Lawyers For Israel, who were threating legal action against pretty much anyone involved...

    Death List 2025

Julian McMahon, 56, fucking cancer. If you don’t know the name you would likely recognise him, been in everything from Homr & Away to Dr Doom in the Fantastic Four movies.

So Bob Vylan were supposed to be headlining Radar festival this weekend but they got removed and then it all kicked off. Ticket buyers were furious and when the festival refused refunds people started doing chargebacks via their card issuer and other acts due to appear started pulling out...

The abuse the female brit players get is absolutely disgusting. We've got a number of player doing pretty well and towards the top end of the rankings, and improving but the abuse is relentless. Radacanu gets the worst of it, not to mention some serious issues with a stalker. There's a lot of...

    Death List 2025

Mark Snow, composer, died at home age 78. I guess if you're a composer, or anyone really, you hope to leave something behind that everyone remembers and he certainly did that with the X-Files theme. So iconic it was even released as a single and charted.

No shame in that, brilliant performance from Raducanu. She's getting better and better after a horrific run of injuries and three surgeries that led you to fear for her future. If Savalenka plays like that next week there's a pretty good chance she'll win the title. When you've made the world...

after that almighty collapse England managed to drop 6 catches, including some very easy ones. but they got the win. great to see Wong in the England setup again this summer and bowling at the death. was beginning to think the technical adjustments they made to her game a couple of years back...

what is going on with the constant changing of rackets this year. they take 5 or 6 out in their bag but this year there seems to be a constant flow of new rackets being sent down from the coaches in the stands.

I've seen some England collapses over the years but that was spectacular from the women. From 137-1 to 171-9

Great performance from Norrie, hoped he would win but wasn't expecting a performance like that. Huge game for Raducanu coming up. Going to need to be at her absolute best and even that might not be enough.
